次の事例を読んで、問題109、問題110について答えなさい。
〔事 例〕
Aさん(75歳、女性)は、一人暮らしで、身体機能に問題はない。70歳まで地域の子どもたちに大正琴を教えていた。認知症(dementia)の進行が疑われて、心配した友人が地域包括支援センターに相談した結果、Aさんは介護老人福祉施設に入所することになった。入所時のAさんの要介護度は3であった。
入所後、短期目標を、「施設に慣れ、安心して生活する(3か月)」と設定し、計画は順調に進んでいた。Aさんは施設の大正琴クラブに自ら進んで参加し、演奏したり、ほかの利用者に大正琴を笑顔で教えたりしていた。ある日、クラブの終了後に、Aさんは部屋に戻らずに、エレベーターの前で立ち止まっていた。介護職員が声をかけると、Aさんが、「あの子たちが待っているの」と強い口調で言った。
Aさんの状況から支援を見直すことになった。
